Sunday Service — Returns & Exchanges Policy

Effective Date: February 10th,  2026

At Sunday Service, each item is made especially for you. Because all products are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, color, or change of mind.

That said — if something isn’t right due to an error on our end, we’ll absolutely take care of you.

Returns

All sales are final sale due to the custom nature of our products.

We do not accept returns for:

  1. Incorrect size ordered
  2. Change of mind
  3. Preference or style issues
  4. Slight color variations (screen vs. print)
  5. Shipping delays

Please double-check all order details before completing checkout. A sizing chart is available on almost all products.

 

Replacements (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)

If your item arrives:

  1. Damaged
  2. Defective
  3. Misprinted
  4. Or incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll review your request.

Once approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

Shipping Issues

Sunday Service is not responsible for:

  1. Packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen

  2. Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  3. Carrier delays beyond our control

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as production begins shortly after checkout.
